PV7704 is a compact pressure switch designed for low-pressure and vacuum monitoring. It provides a −1 to 10 bar measuring range. PV7704 measures relative pressure and vacuum across its operating range. The set point can be configured from approximately −0.09 to 1 MPa. The reset point is also programmable for precise switching behaviour. Hysteresis, window mode, damping and switching delays can be configured. The sensor provides a response time below 3 ms.
The sensor uses a metallic thin-film measuring cell. It has an R1/4 external process connection and M5 internal thread. The sensor is suitable for liquids and gases with medium temperatures from −40 to 90 °C. Reverse-polarity, short-circuit and overload protection improve electrical reliability. IP67/IP69K protection supports demanding industrial applications.
PV7704 is suitable for pneumatic systems and vacuum equipment. It can monitor compressors, suction circuits and low-pressure hydraulic systems.
