The IFM GI761S Fail-safe Inductive Sensor is designed for safety-related position and presence detection in industrial automation, mobile machinery, and harsh operating environments.
The sensor features a full-metal M30 x 1.5 housing and a stainless-steel sensing face for reliable operation in demanding applications. Its dual OSSD outputs allow connection to safety PLCs, safe AS-i modules, and safety evaluation units.
The sensor operates from 9–32 V DC and provides short-circuit and overload protection. Its IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection makes it suitable for applications exposed to dust, water, cleaning processes, and harsh environmental conditions.
