Product Construction and Material

Flexible PTFE linear hose, known as Teflon®, with very high chemical resistance and a wide working-temperature range. Flexibility 8, lightness 3, chemical resistance 10, low-temperature resistance 10, high-temperature resistance 10, hardness 6.5. Intrinsically light/heat/age resistant and UL94 V0 self-extinguishing. Smooth self-lubricated surface has very low friction. Compression fittings are recommended; dimensional tolerances are not generally suited to quick fittings. Food/contact declarations include CE Reg. 10/2011, CE Reg. 1935/2004, D.M. 21/03/73 and FDA Title 21 CFR 177.1550. Operating temperature -40°C to 200°C; safety factor 3:1. Example PTFE2X4A/N/T: 2/4 mm, 1 mm wall, 15 mm bend radius, 25 BAR; PTFE10X12 variants: 10/12 mm, 1 mm, 165 mm, 6 BAR.
