Product Construction and Material

Flexible KYNAR FLEX® 2800 vinylidene polyfluoride copolymer tubing, intrinsically resistant to light, heat and ageing and UL94 V0 self-extinguishing. Flexibility 6.5, lightness 5, chemical resistance 9, low-temperature resistance 6, high-temperature resistance 7.5, hardness 7.5, dimensional stability 10. Resistant to common industrial fluids/gases including ozone and does not promote fungal growth. Food-grade versions available; food code adds FA. CE Reg. 1935/2004, CE Reg. 10/2011 and D.M. 21/03/73. Operating temperature -40°C to 90°C; safety factor 3:1. Example TK1X2: 1/2 mm, 0.5 mm wall, 10 mm bend radius, 55 BAR; TK4X6: 4/6 mm, 1 mm, 40 mm, 33 BAR; TK10X12: 10/12 mm, 1 mm, 160 mm, 15 BAR.
