The Anti Spatter tube is designed to protect against fire hazards and material splatter in environments where sparks are generated during operation. Its flame-retardant outer cover meets V-0 equivalence standards, providing excellent spatter resistance while ensuring safety in high-risk industrial settings.
The product features a self-extinguishing PVC outer cover and an inner tube constructed from Soft Nylon Tube (NB). This dual-material design ensures durability, chemical resistance, and safe performance under operational conditions.
Each Anti Spatter tube includes a printed stripping length on the cover for both PISCO Tube Fitting and Brass series fittings. This marking serves as a guide for removal using the Tube Stripper for Anti-spatter Tube (TSC), allowing the outer cover to be peeled off without damaging the inner tube. Note: The cut mark is only a guide and does not guarantee exact dimensions.
The Anti Spatter tube operates within an ambient temperature range of -15°C to 90°C, with no freezing allowed. It can safely handle a maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa at 65% RH and 20°C, and is capable of supporting a maximum vacuum of -100kPa. It is suitable for use with air, thermal oil, and water (conditional), as well as heat medium oils.
Available in one standard color and eight different sizes, the Anti Spatter tube offers flexibility to match various system requirements. Special-order color options—red, blue, green, yellow, or white—are available for orders of 500 meters or more.
