The trial kit includes three types of construction members: vacuum pad accessories, an aluminum frame, a vacuum generator, and an air piping fitting. These components are designed for suction testing and can be selected based on specific application requirements.
The kit is configured for easy assembly using general-purpose tools. The vacuum pad and frame components connect via standardized interfaces, allowing users to conduct suction tests without specialized equipment or expertise.
The trial kit supports direct mounting of PISCO Vacuum Pads and pad holders that are not part of the set. A range of 21 holder joint types is available, accommodating pads with diameters from 1 to 50 mm, including fixed and spring-type designs on single or dual side ports.
The kit offers flexibility in configuration through its modular design. Users can select different pad holders (fixed or spring type) and mounting orientations based on application needs. All joint types are compatible with standard PISCO pad holders sold separately.
The trial kit integrates with robot systems via optional 'robot flange mounting plates', which connect the kit to robots from different manufacturers (sold separately). This allows for seamless testing across a variety of robotic platforms.
