The Vacuum Gripper VRG is designed for the reliable conveyance of large workpieces in industrial automation environments. The gripper features a sponge-based suction surface shaped as a rectangular ring, providing excellent adhesion across diverse surfaces. This design ensures consistent performance on both smooth and porous workpieces, enhancing grip reliability without requiring extensive surface preparation.
The VRG is engineered to connect directly with end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) units featuring P.C.D. diameters of 31.5, 40, 50, 80, and 100 millimeters. This standardized interface ensures compatibility with a broad range of robotic systems, simplifying integration into existing automation setups.
The VRG is available in two configurations: vacuum generator built-in type and vacuum pump compatible type.
