The TCC201 is a self-monitoring temperature transmitter designed for process applications where reliable temperature measurement and sensor diagnostics are important. It uses a Pt1000 measuring element together with an NTC reference element to support continuous monitoring of measurement accuracy. The transmitter provides analogue and digital communication options, while IO-Link allows convenient parameter setting, process-value monitoring and diagnostic access.
The TCC201 provides a scalable measuring range from -25 to 160 °C, with a factory setting of -10 to 150 °C. Its calibration-check limit can be configured from 0.5 to 3 K in 0.05 K steps, helping monitor deviations between the measuring and reference elements. The analogue output and IO-Link accuracy are specified at ±0.2 K, while the dynamic response is approximately 1.5 seconds for T05 and 4 seconds for T09.
The transmitter features a 550 mm installation length and a 6 mm probe diameter with a clamp fitting connection. The wetted parts are manufactured from stainless steel 316L and have a surface roughness of Ra <0.8 µm. It is suitable for liquids and gases and can withstand pressures up to 160 bar.
