Product Description
TA2542 is the extended 150 mm variant of the hygienic TA25 transmitter family. Its longer probe allows the sensing element to reach deeper into process media. The Pt1000 Class A element provides stable and repeatable measurement. The 4–20 mA output supports conventional control architectures. IO-Link provides digital commissioning, parameterisation and diagnostics.
Process Measurement
TA2542 continuously monitors process temperature using an RTD sensing element. The integrated electronics calculate the process temperature from resistance variation. The analogue output transmits the temperature to a controller. IO-Link provides additional digital process information. This allows the transmitter to support both conventional and modern automation systems.
Hygienic Design
The transmitter is designed for hygienic processing environments. Its stainless-steel construction supports durability and cleaning compatibility.
