TA2135 is designed for applications requiring deeper temperature measurement than compact 25 or 50 mm transmitters. The 100 mm sensing length provides better penetration into tanks and process equipment. Its Pt1000 Class A element provides accurate temperature detection. The analogue output enables straightforward PLC integration. IO-Link adds digital parameterisation and diagnostics for connected automation systems.
Temperature changes alter the resistance of the Pt1000 sensing element. The integrated electronics measure this resistance and calculate the process temperature. The calculated temperature is transmitted through the 4–20 mA output. IO-Link provides an additional digital communication channel. This enables continuous temperature monitoring and process control.
