The KQ6007 is designed specifically for level and material detection around non-metallic containers. Its capacitive principle enables detection through suitable container walls without direct process contact. It can also be installed on bypass pipes. The sensor is suitable for both liquids and dry bulk materials. This provides flexible options for tank, hopper and container monitoring.
The sensor uses a PNP electrical design with selectable normally-open or normally-closed operation. Its maximum switching-output voltage drop is 2.5 V.
