The Tube Fitting Standard Series is a versatile range of pneumatic and fluid connection fittings designed for use in industrial piping systems. These fittings provide reliable, secure connections for air and water (conditionally), making them suitable for a wide array of applications including automation, manufacturing, and process control systems where precise fluid delivery is required.
The main resin components are manufactured from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), a standard engineering plastic known for its durability in general environmental conditions. The primary metal parts are constructed from brass and coated with electroless nickel plating to enhance corrosion resistance and ensure long-term performance under typical operating conditions.
The fittings feature multiple connection options including metric male threads (M5x0.8, M6x1), taper pipe male threads (R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2), metric female threads (M5x0.8), taper pipe female threads (Rc1/8, Rc1/4, Rc3/8, Rc1/2), UNF threads (10-32UNF), and NPT threads (NPT1/16, NPT1/8, NPT1/4, NPT3/8, NPT1/2). This broad range of interfaces ensures compatibility with various systems and equipment.
The fittings are rated for a maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa and can handle a maximum vacuum of -100kPa. They operate effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 60℃, with no freezing allowed. Water is admitted conditionally, meaning it is only permitted under specific system conditions as per application requirements.
Available in a range of sizes from φ4 mm to φ16 mm (equivalent to φ1/8" through φ5/8"), the fittings offer flexibility for different pipe diameters and system designs. The full size range includes φ4, φ6, φ8, φ10, φ12, φ16 in metric units, with corresponding inch sizes specified for international compatibility.
The Tube Fitting Standard Series supports clean-room and clean-wash installation specifications. Clean-room packaging uses fluorine grease after cleaning with clean air, while the clean-wash specification involves vacuum ultrasonic cleaning with HFE (hydro fluoro ether) followed by deaeration packaging—ideal for environments requiring high cleanliness standards. No lubrication is used during assembly to ensure compatibility with oil-free systems.
