The MVP Normally Open specification is a special PISCO mechanical-valve configuration in which the normal valve state is open. It is intended for control arrangements where air should pass without active pin actuation.
The standard Mechanical Valve platform uses a spool-valve mechanism that reduces the influence of supply pressure on operating force. The normally open variation changes the valve's normal flow state while retaining the mechanical actuation principle.
PISCO specifies air service, 0 to 0.7MPa operating pressure and 0 to 60℃ operation. Mechanical Valve construction includes a PBT body, nickel-plated brass spool and guides, NBR sealing elements and POM push parts.
Install the normally open version where the required default flow state is open and verify the valve marking before commissioning. Confirm the 2-port or 3-port arrangement for the exact MVP configuration.
