This special HBV Change Valve configuration adds a safety-oriented operation feature to the standard three-way changeover valve. The purpose is to help prevent unintended operation of the manual switching control.
The HBV construction uses a cock that changes the air path by 90 degrees, with push-in fitting ends, a glass-fiber-reinforced PBT body and a POM cock.
The official HBV specification is air, maximum operating pressure 0.7MPa, maximum vacuum -100kPa and operating temperature 0 to 60℃ without freezing. Standard tube sizes span φ6 through φ12 and corresponding inch sizes.
Install the valve with the operating control accessible but protected from unintended actuation. Verify the required switching state before commissioning the line.
