Construction and Materials

The main resin components are manufactured from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), a robust and widely used engineering plastic suitable for general environmental conditions. The primary metal parts feature either brass with electroless nickel plating or special stainless steel, which offers corrosion resistance equivalent to SUS303—making it particularly effective in humid or corrosive settings.

Configuration and Connections

The Mini Series supports multiple connection types including metric male threads (M3x0.5, M5x0.8, M6x1), metric female threads (M3x0.5, M5x0.8), UNF thread (10-32UNF), and taper pipe male threads (R1/8, R1/4, R3/8). It also includes NPT threaded options such as NPT1/16, NPT1/8, NPT1/4, and NPT3/8, enabling compatibility with a wide range of piping systems and equipment.

Operating Characteristics

The fitting is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa and can withstand a maximum vacuum of -100kPa. It operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 60℃ (no freezing), ensuring reliable performance in both ambient and moderately heated environments where air flow or low-pressure systems are involved.

Installation and Integration

The Tube Fitting Mini Series is designed for clean-room integration and includes a non-grease oil-free assembly specification—no lubrication is used during installation. Additionally, the product is packaged in a clean room environment after cleaning with clean air, using fluorine grease to ensure compatibility with sensitive systems requiring contamination-free conditions.
