The Tube Fitting Chemical φ2mm Elbow is a special compact elbow configuration developed from PISCO's chemical-resistant fitting concept. Its φ2mm tube connection is intended for air-operated applications that do not require a large flow rate.
The chemical-fitting platform uses resin construction and chemical-resistant sealing, with PPS material used for the fitting body and FKM as the standard seal material for the chemical series.
The standard Chemical Series is specified for air, water and other chemicals under conditional use, with 0.9MPa maximum pressure at 0 to 20℃, -100kPa maximum vacuum and 0 to 80℃ operation. The special φ2mm elbow must be selected by its exact part number because the reduced bore changes the available configuration.
Use the φ2mm elbow where the small tube diameter and elbow geometry match the piping layout. Verify media compatibility and the exact special part number before pressurization.
