The S60-PA-2-F01-NN is a compact photoelectric sensor receiver from the Datasensing S60 series, designed for reliable through-beam object detection in industrial automation applications. The receiver is paired with the corresponding S60 emitter to create a through-beam sensing system capable of detecting objects across distances of up to 20 m.
The sensor provides an operating distance of 0 to 20 m, making it suitable for applications where a longer sensing distance and stable detection are required. Through-beam sensing provides reliable detection by monitoring interruption of the optical beam between the emitter and receiver.
The S60-PA-2-F01-NN features an NPN output with selectable normally open and normally closed operating modes. The output supports loads up to 100 mA and provides a fast 1 ms response time with a switching frequency of up to 500 Hz.
The sensor uses a compact 50 × 50 × 15 mm housing made from ABS, with a PMMA optical window. Its IP67 mechanical protection rating provides resistance against dust and water ingress, making the sensor suitable for demanding industrial environments.
