E21320 operates using the diffuse reflection sensing principle and is intended for industrial environments. It detects objects through reflected optical energy received through the fibre assembly. The sensor is compatible with OBF, OCF and OO50 fibre-optic amplifiers. It provides 10 mm range with OBF, 260 mm with OCF High Power and 30 mm with OO50. This makes it particularly suitable for compact short-range detection applications.
The sensor uses an angled M3 sensing head with a length of 18.5 mm. The compact threaded head provides a practical mechanical interface for machine installation.
