The Rotary Joint SUS304 is a corrosion-resistant rotary joint designed for seamless fluid and gas transfer in rotating piping systems. It enables continuous flow between stationary and rotating components without leakage, making it ideal for applications where mechanical rotation and fluid transport must coexist—such as in pumps, mixers, or industrial conveyance systems.
The main resin components are constructed from PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), which offers excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), and superior chemical resistance. The primary metal parts are made from SUS304 stainless steel, known for its strength and suitability in chemical environments. Seal rubber is provided in two options: FKM (fluorocarbon) for high heat and chemical resistance, or EPDM for outstanding weather and cold resistance—though care must be taken as EPDM has limited resistance to mineral oils.
The rotary joint features push-in fittings for connecting piping in corrosion-resistant environments. It supports a range of connection types including metric male threads (M5x0.8, M6x1), taper pipe male threads (R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2), UNF thread (10-32UNF), and NPT threads (NPT1/8, NPT1/4, NPT3/8, NPT1/2). These interfaces ensure compatibility with standard pipe systems across industrial applications.
The rotary joint is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 0.7MPa and operates within a temperature range of 0
