The Needle Valve SUS316 Stainless Steel is a precision flow control valve designed for accurate regulation of fluid flow in demanding industrial environments. It features a fine-tipped needle mechanism that enables precise adjustment of flow rates, making it ideal for applications requiring tight control over air, water, or compatible chemicals.
The valve body and all external components are constructed from SUS316 stainless steel, known for its excellent corrosion resistance. No copper-based metallic materials are used in the flow path, ensuring compatibility with aggressive chemical environments and eliminating potential contamination risks.
The valve connects via standard taper pipe male threads including R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, and R1/2, allowing for seamless integration into existing piping systems. The internal sealing is achieved using FKM (a fluorocarbon rubber) which provides superior resistance to heat, chemicals, and ozone exposure.
The needle valve operates within a maximum pressure range of 1.0MPa and can handle vacuum conditions down to -100kPa. It is suitable for use across a temperature range from -5°C to 150°C, with no freezing risk under normal operating conditions.
Available in metric sizes φ4, φ6, φ8, φ10, φ12, and φ16, the valve offers flexibility to match various system requirements. All variants are manufactured using non-grease, oil-free assembly methods and are packaged in a clean room environment with fluorine grease applied for protection.
The valve is designed with a lock-claw mechanism similar to that found in tube fittings, enabling easy and reliable release when disassembling or replacing components. This ensures smooth operation during maintenance and integration into automated or manual flow control systems.
