The Minimal Fitting - Stainless SUS303 like Corrosivity Series is a compact, corrosion-resistant fitting designed for use in confined piping spaces and harsh chemical environments. Its ultra-compact design reduces footprint while maintaining structural integrity, making it ideal for installations where space is limited and exposure to corrosive media is common.
The main metal components are constructed from a special stainless steel with corrosion resistance equivalent to SUS303. No copper-based metallic materials are used in the flow path, ensuring compatibility with aggressive chemicals and preventing galvanic corrosion in corrosive atmospheres.
The fitting features standard metric threading options: metric male threads available in M3x0.5, M5x0.8, and M6x1; a metric female thread (M5x0.8) is also provided for connection compatibility with various piping systems.
This fitting operates under a maximum pressure of 0.5MPa (0.4MPa when used with a vacuum tube), with a maximum vacuum capability of -100kPa. It is rated for an operating temperature range of 0 to 60℃, ensuring performance without freezing under normal conditions.
