The Light Coupling series without stop valves is a lightweight quick-coupling configuration intended for applications where the tubing is connected and disconnected frequently and a shutoff valve in the coupling is not required.
PISCO's Light Coupling platform uses compact coupling bodies and a plug/socket arrangement. The special version removes the stop-valve function to prioritize lightness and easy connection/disconnection.
The Light Coupling family is specified for air and conditional water service, with maximum operating pressure up to 0.9MPa, maximum vacuum -100kPa and 0 to 60℃ operation. Model sizes and thread combinations depend on the selected coupling series.
Push the plug into the socket until fully engaged and follow the release procedure for repeated tube changes. Select the exact E3/E7/15/20-series model for the required flow area, tube size and thread.
