The Coiling Tube with Twist-proof Joint is a flexible pneumatic tube designed to connect air tools and equipment while preventing twisting during operation. Its unique twist-proof joint ensures that the tube remains stable under rotational stress, which is especially important when using air-powered tools that generate torque. This design eliminates the risk of kinking or damage caused by twisting, improving both safety and tool performance.
The tube body is constructed from brass with an electroless nickel plating on the main metal components. This combination provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability in typical industrial environments. The seal material used is NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), which ensures a reliable seal under air pressure conditions, though it has limited ozone resistance.
Each end of the coiling tube features a fitting. One end includes a male screw fitting with a taper pipe thread of R1/4, while the other end is equipped with a female taper pipe thread of Rc1/4. The male screw side incorporates a twist-proof function that absorbs rotational forces from pneumatic tools, preventing twisting of the tube during use.
The coiling tube is rated for operation with air as the fluid medium. It can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 0.9MPa (or 0.8MPa under conditional conditions) and a maximum vacuum of -100kPa. The operating temperature range is 0
