The Ball Valve SUS304 is a corrosion-resistant ball valve designed for use in demanding chemical and environmental conditions. Its primary function is to provide reliable on/off control of fluid flow, making it ideal for applications where exposure to aggressive chemicals or fluctuating temperatures is common.
The valve features stainless steel SUS304 for all main metal components, offering excellent strength and resistance to chemical attack. The internal resin parts are made from PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), which provides outstanding heat resistance, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), and chemical stability. No copper-based metallic material is used in the flow path, ensuring compatibility with corrosive media.
The valve offers multiple connection options including union type and thread type configurations. Union types are suitable for operating temperatures up to 60°C (no freezing) and are available for use in environments requiring easy maintenance or disassembly. Threaded versions are rated for operation between 0°C and 60°C (no freezing), with standard NPT and taper pipe threads available.
The valve is designed to operate under a maximum pressure of 0.9MPa and can withstand a maximum vacuum of -100kPa. The operating temperature range is from 0°C to 80°C for union types (no freezing), while threaded versions are limited to 0°C to 60°C (no freezing). It is suitable for use with air, water under conditional conditions, and other fluids under specific environmental constraints.
Available in a range of sizes including φ6, φ8, φ10, and φ12 mm (equivalent to φ1/4", φ5/16", φ3/8", and φ1/2"), the valve supports various pipe system integrations. Thread options include NPT1/8, NPT1/4, NPT3/8, and NPT1/2, as well as taper pipe threads R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, and R1/2, allowing compatibility with a wide range of piping systems.
