The PISCO Air Dryer (Membrane) is part of the Fiber Dry concept, combining filtration and hollow-fiber membrane drying for compressed air preparation. The FDT100 family is the filter-and-dryer configuration, using the FFT filter and membrane dryer structure to remove moisture from the air stream.
The Fiber Dry family separates the filtration and membrane-drying functions while maintaining a compact pneumatic form factor. FDT100 models are supplied with the filter-and-dryer configuration, while the related DMP100 dryer and FFT100 filter are available as the corresponding dryer and filter configurations.
For the membrane dryer, PISCO specifies air as the fluid medium, a pressure range of 0.3 to 0.85MPa inside the hollow-fiber membrane and 0 to 0.05MPa outside the hollow-fiber membrane, with fluid/ambient temperature up to 55℃ without freezing.
Select the exact FDT100 configuration and tube size to match the pneumatic circuit. The FDT family is intended to be incorporated into compressed-air preparation piping where the specified membrane operating conditions can be maintained.
