The 2-Circuit Junction Block is a manifold assembly designed to connect and manage two separate fluid circuits in pneumatic or hydraulic systems. Its dual-circuit design allows for independent operation of each circuit, enabling efficient control and monitoring of air or water flow. The block features a simple connecting design that supports easy integration into existing system layouts.
The main structural components are manufactured from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), a standard resin material well-suited for general environmental conditions. Sealing elements utilize NBR (nitrile rubber), which provides reliable sealing performance under typical operating conditions. Please note that NBR has limited ozone resistance and should not be exposed to high levels of ozone exposure.
Each circuit is clearly identifiable through differently colored release-rings, allowing technicians to quickly distinguish between the two circuits during installation or maintenance. The block supports modular expansion—additional junction blocks can be simply inserted into the system without requiring modifications or rework.
The 2-Circuit Junction Block operates within a maximum pressure of 0.9MPa and a maximum vacuum of -100kPa. It is rated for use with air or water (conditional), and its operating temperature range is from 0°C to 60°C, ensuring no freezing under normal conditions.
Available in two sizes: φ6 and φ8 for the smaller series, and φ10 and φ12 for the larger series. The block comes in two variants: the 106 series with a fixed air outlet, and the 107 series with an adjustable air outlet. These can be combined to create customized configurations that match specific system requirements.
The junction block is designed for direct integration into existing piping or tubing systems. Connection points are compatible with standard fittings, and the modular design allows for straightforward installation by simply inserting additional blocks into the assembly.
