VSE153 is vibration diagnostic electronics for continuous monitoring of industrial machinery. It provides four dynamic inputs for vibration sensor acquisition. The unit also supports analogue and pulse process inputs. Modbus TCP communication enables integration with industrial Ethernet systems. DIN-rail mounting provides convenient control-panel installation.
Explore performance details, construction highlights, applications, and technical information in one clear overview.
VSE153 receives signals from four connected vibration sensors. Dynamic inputs support current and IEPE-based signal types. The 16-bit dynamic measurement path provides detailed vibration analysis. High-speed sampling supports frequency-domain and time-domain diagnostic tasks. This enables condition-based monitoring of rotating equipment.
Two process-value inputs provide additional measurement capability. Pulse and 4…20 mA signals can be monitored together with vibration data. Two configurable digital outputs support alarm handling. One output can also provide a 4…20 mA analogue signal. This makes the unit suitable for integrated machine monitoring.
VSE153 provides Ethernet communication with Modbus TCP. The Ethernet interface supports 10/100 Mbit/s transmission. TCP/IP configuration is available through the Ethernet interface. VES004 provides device configuration and parameter management. Internal memory supports historical vibration records.

VSE153 provides configurable switching outputs for machine alarms. Output logic can be selected as normally open or normally closed. The analogue output provides continuous measurement transmission. This allows connection to PLC and plant monitoring systems. Alarm signals can be used for maintenance intervention.
Internal memory stores historical machine measurements. Ring/FIFO memory supports continuous data management. The real-time clock maintains time-based diagnostic records. VES004 provides parameterisation and system configuration. This supports long-term condition monitoring and fault analysis.
