This special product uses a PISCO Vacuum Generator VC-series concept for direct mounting in applications where air or gas needs to be evacuated from a mold or localized cavity.
The related VM/VC vacuum-generator platform is a compact ejector with push-in fitting and direct-mount architecture. It can be combined with a vacuum pad/holder-style installation or used as a dedicated vacuum source at the point of use.
The official VM/VC family specifies air service, 0.15 to 0.7MPa operating pressure, rated supply pressure of 0.5MPa for H/L types or 0.35MPa for E type, and 0 to 60℃ operating temperature. Available interfaces include M5x0.8, M6x1, R1/8, R1/4, R3/8 and NPT1/8 through NPT3/8 depending on model.
Install the vacuum generator at the direct-mount location and connect the compressed-air supply and vacuum side according to the exact VC model. The special configuration is intended to support gas venting/degas functions without adding unnecessary remote vacuum piping.
