Explore performance details, construction highlights, applications, and technical information in one clear overview.
The Vacuum Generator VLM is a multi-stage nozzle ejector designed to deliver high vacuum performance and large suction flow rates in industrial applications. Its core function is to create a strong vacuum environment by utilizing a multi-layer structure within the nozzle, ensuring both efficient airflow extraction and sustained vacuum levels under varying operational conditions.
The main structural components are constructed from aluminum, providing durability and resistance to mechanical stress. Sealing elements are made from FKM rubber, which offers excellent performance in heat, chemical, and ozone resistance—ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments where exposure to aggressive media or elevated temperatures is possible.
The vacuum generator features a configurable silencer installation that can be selected from three directions: side, front, or rotary type. Front installation is only available for the single-layer model, allowing users to tailor the mounting orientation to their specific system layout and space constraints.
Operating under air as the fluid medium, the VLM delivers a maximum vacuum level of -94 kPa and a suction flow rate up to 1,110 L/min [ANR]. The design ensures an average suction flow rate approximately 2.2 times greater than the air consumption, maximizing efficiency while maintaining high vacuum output. It operates within a supply pressure range of 0.3 to 0.7 MPa, with optimal performance at a rated supply pressure of 0.5 MPa.
The unit is designed for operation within a temperature range of 5 to 50°C, ensuring no freezing conditions occur during use. Available connection options include taper female threads: Rc3/4, Rc1, Rc1/4, or Rc3/4, enabling compatibility with a wide range of industrial piping and system configurations.
The VLM integrates directly into existing pneumatic systems through its threaded connections, supporting standard industrial fittings. The multi-stage nozzle and layered structure are designed to work seamlessly in vacuum-assisted processes such as material handling, conveying, or product positioning where consistent suction performance is required.
