The Vacuum Filter VFL is a dedicated filter designed for use with vacuum pumps and large flow vacuum generators. Its primary purpose is to remove dust particles from the air stream sucked into the system, thereby protecting sensitive components such as vacuum pumps or generators from contamination and wear.
The filter body is constructed using PBT resin for its main structural parts, a material well-suited for general environmental conditions. Key metal components are made from aluminum, providing durability and strength under operational stress. The sealing elements are composed of NBR rubber, which serves as an effective sealant but has limited resistance to ozone exposure.
The VFL features four selectable filtration accuracy levels: 1 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, and 200 μm. This allows users to tailor the filter’s performance based on specific application requirements, from fine particulate control to coarse dust removal.
The filter is designed for air as the fluid medium and operates within a pressure range of -101 to 0 kPa. It can function effectively across temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, with no risk of freezing. The maximum processing flow rate is 360 L/min [ANR], and it is rated to withstand a blow-off pressure of 0.1 MPa or less.
Available in three standard outer diameters: φ10 mm, φ12 mm, and φ16 mm. Connection options include taper pipe female threads (Rc3/8, Rc1/2, Rc3/4) and parallel pipe female threads (G3/8, G1/2, G3/4), allowing compatibility with a range of vacuum system piping configurations.
