The Multi-function Vacuum Generator VK is PISCO's complex-type vacuum module for compact vacuum-system construction. It brings together the suction valve, blow-off function, vacuum filter and pressure-sensing options so that the vacuum circuit can be assembled as a streamlined module.
The VK family uses a modular construction with the vacuum-generation and air-control functions integrated around a compact ejector assembly. PISCO offers pressure-sensor configurations including LED-display versions and mechanical pressure-sensor options.
The official VK catalog specifies air [JIS B 8392-1 compliant Class 1.2.1 to 2.4.3], operating pressure 0.25 to 0.7MPa for the LED-display pressure-sensor configuration, operating temperature 5 to 50℃, humidity 35 to 85% RH, air-supply proof pressure 1.05MPa and vacuum-circuit proof pressure 0.2MPa. The vacuum filter uses a PVFM element with 5μm filtration accuracy and a 1,130mm² filter area. Blow-off air is 0 to 40L/min [ANR] at 0.5MPa.
