Constructed with durable materials, the Air Pincette features a vacuum pad and vacuum generator housed in a robust pen-shaped body. Two types are available: the low-cost VTA model without an internal valve, and the VTB model with a built-in valve that reduces noise and energy consumption by allowing air flow only during active suction cycles.
The Air Pincette offers two holder configurations—straight type and conventional curved type—allowing selection based on specific application requirements. Additionally, an antistatic version is available for use in environments where static electricity buildup could interfere with sensitive components or processes.
Operational performance is defined by a fluid medium of air, operating within a pressure range of 0.15 to 0.7MPa, with a rated supply pressure of 0.5MPa. The final vacuum achieved is -85kPa (or -80kPa), and the suction flow rate is 2L/min[ANR]. The device operates within a temperature range of 0 to 60℃, with no freezing expected under normal conditions.
Vacuum pad sizes are available in diameters of φ1, φ2, φ4, φ6, and φ8 mm. The vacuum pad is specified as having an I.D. (inner diameter) that matches the selected size. A version without a vacuum pad—only the pad holder—is available with a body diameter of φ1.6 mm.
The Air Pincette connects to an air supply via a standard φ4mm port. The antistatic model includes a coiling tube with resistance specified at 1.4 × 10³ Ω·cm, ensuring effective static dissipation during operation.
