Findeva VTL-165 is a pneumatic piston vibrator for linear vibration with continuously adjustable frequency and force. The FAL range uses lubrication-free operation and is suited to food, pharmaceutical and bulk-material handling applications.
The VTL-165 generates vibration with a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston. The design provides linear vibration and allows frequency and amplitude to be adjusted continuously through the compressed-air supply.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the model produces 1.9, 2.5 and 2.7 ×10³ vibrations per minute, with force of 43, 76 and 96 N.
The published model data gives a piston stroke of 35.0 mm and a weight of 1.51 kg.
