Findeva DAR-2 is a heavy-duty pneumatic roller vibrator developed for applications requiring high centrifugal force, including concrete compaction and bulk-material flow. The model provides continuously variable vibration performance across the published 2, 4 and 6 bar operating points.
The DAR-2 uses a rotating cast-steel roller running in highly flexible steel guides. The housing is made from extruded aluminium alloy and reinforced with shock-resistant bronze covers.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar the DAR-2 operates at 36.0, 37.0 and 38.0 ×10³ min⁻¹ and generates 2200, 3880 and 4090 N centrifugal force.
Published air consumption is 70, 140 and 200 l/min at 2, 4 and 6 bar.
