Findeva Knockers FKL-150 in is a pneumatic FKL knocker designed to deliver controlled impact to container and process-equipment walls. The FKL in design provides variable impact force and interval for removing adhering material from silos, chutes, filter outlets, reactors and pipelines.
The Knockers FKL-150 in supports single or interval impact operation. Impact force is adjusted through the control-bore arrangement, while the interval mode uses a throttle valve to control the time between impacts.
The model has a minimum operating pressure of 5.3 bar, control settings at 5.3, 6.7 and 8.0 bar, and a single-impact operating-pressure range of 2.5–9.0 bar. Energy per impact is 50–196 Nm and impulse per impact is 10.4–40.6 Ns.
The FKL in construction uses hard-anodized aluminium alloy for the housing/baseplate, an Ematal-covered cap and flange, a steel piston and compression spring. Standard versions operate from 10°C to 120°C, with special versions available for -40°C to 150°C.
