The Hollow Fiber Membrane Filter is PISCO's MFU-series filter element built around a hollow-fiber membrane. It is intended for high-purity pneumatic filtration where very fine particle removal, low contamination and clean construction are important.
The MFU series uses a stainless-steel body with a polypropylene membrane and PCT/PBT/POM support components depending on the assembly section. The official specification also identifies stainless-steel lock and guide components, FKM elastic sleeve and PBT casing.
PISCO specifies air or nitrogen as the media, a maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa at 20℃, operating temperature 5 to 50℃, filtration accuracy 0.01μm and trapping efficiency 99.99%. Pressure resistance is 1.5MPa and differential-pressure resistance is 0.25MPa. The family includes 50 and 100L/min [ANR] classes.
Install the filter in a clean pneumatic line using the exact MFU size and tube connection. The official series is equivalent to ISO Class 6 clean-room construction and uses an oil-free configuration.
