Findeva Golden TurbineĀ® Vibrators GT- 4 / 6 is a Golden Turbine pneumatic vibrator for strong, high-speed vibration. The GT design uses eccentric working torque from the rotor and continuously variable speed to provide controlled centrifugal force for material-flow and process applications.
The frequency, force and air-consumption figures shown are Findeva published technical data measured under the manufacturer's specified test conditions. Actual vibration on an installed structure depends on the mounting and the mass/stiffness of the equipment.
The Golden TurbineĀ® Vibrators GT- 4 / 6 uses a powder-coated extruded aluminium alloy housing, aluminium caps, a hard-anodized aluminium rotor and an imbalance weight. The rotor is supported on two pre-lubricated enclosed ball bearings arranged in pairs.
The published operating data for GT-04 gives 14.0, 15.0 and 15.0 Ć10Ā³ minā»Ā¹ at 2, 4 and 6 bar, with centrifugal force of 135, 180 and 200 N.
The GT series is applicable up to 120Ā°C, with HT versions available on request.
