Findeva FPLF-35-L is a lubrication-free pneumatic piston vibrator for linear vibration. It provides continuously variable vibration frequency and force and is designed for material handling, conveying, loosening and compacting bulk solids, mechanical-process activation and filling equipment.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, FPLF-35-L produces 2.4, 3.1 and 3.6 ×10³ vibrations per minute respectively. The corresponding force values are 282, 680 and 1,066 N, with air consumption of 38, 89 and 135 l/min.
The FPLF range uses an aluminium housing with a hard Ematal coating, a hard-anodized aluminium socket, an anodized cap, a covered-steel piston and a compression spring. The design is lubrication-free and intended for demanding industrial environments.
