Findeva FPK-40 is a high-frequency pneumatic knocker designed to remove adhering material from process-equipment walls. The supplied soft and hard baffle plates provide different impact-force levels, while pneumatic pressure controls the impact characteristics.
The FPK-40 piston can work against an air cushion or an impact plate. Two synthetic baffle plates of different hardness are supplied, allowing additional impact-force adjustment.
With the hard baffle, the FPK-40 reaches 7,240 N at 2 bar, 14,990 N at 4 bar and 22,750 N at 6 bar. With the soft baffle, the corresponding values are 3,920, 10,410 and 15,030 N.
The FPK family operates without lubrication and is designed for dusty environments. Standard operation is up to 120°C, with HT and LT versions available on request.
