Findeva FKL-100 mi is a self-controlled pneumatic knocker with adjustable impact force and interval. The mechanism automatically repeats the impact cycle and is intended for removing material that adheres to container and process-equipment walls.
The FKL-100 mi uses compressed air to drive the piston against the spring. When the piston passes the control outlet duct, the air is vented and the piston rebounds against the impact plate; the cycle repeats at the selected interval.
The model operates at 6–8 bar, with a work impact of 10–40 Nm, impulse per impact of 5–10 Ns and a stroke frequency of 0.5–10 min⁻¹.
The 4.5 kg knocker is intended for container walls and process equipment where controlled repeated impacts are required to remove adhering material.
