Findeva FAL-18 is a pneumatic piston vibrator for linear vibration with continuously adjustable frequency and force. The FAL range uses lubrication-free operation and is suited to food, pharmaceutical and bulk-material handling applications.
The FAL-18 generates vibration with a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston. The design provides linear vibration and allows frequency and amplitude to be adjusted continuously through the compressed-air supply.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the model produces 1.42, 1.90 and 2.25 ×10³ vibrations per minute, with force of 60, 140 and 205 N.
The published model data gives a piston stroke of 33.0 mm and a weight of 0.67 kg.
