EVC054 provides a long-distance connection solution for industrial automation equipment. It supports 10–36 V DC operation and up to 4 A current. The product features a straight M12 plug and angled M12 socket with A coding. Three gold-plated contacts provide reliable electrical transmission. EVC054 incorporates a 5 m black PUR cable with three 0.34 mm² conductors and approximately 4.9 mm diameter. The cable is halogen-free and silicone-free. It supports drag-chain applications and repeated bending. More than five million bending cycles are supported under specified conditions.
The cable supports 10–36 V DC and up to 4 A. Its operating temperature range is -25 to +90 °C, with cULus operation up to 75 °C. IP65/IP67/IP68/IP69K protection supports harsh industrial conditions. Oil and coolant resistance makes it suitable for machine-tool applications.
