EVC038 provides a dependable connection solution for industrial automation and machine-tool applications. It supports DC PNP electrical systems with a 10–36 V DC operating range and 4 A current rating. The robust connector design provides secure electrical and mechanical coupling under vibration and movement. Its high IP protection makes it suitable for demanding factory environments.
The cable uses an angled M12 plug and angled M12 socket with A-coded interfaces. Four gold-plated contacts provide stable signal and power transmission. The connector bodies are manufactured from durable TPU material with nickel-plated brass locking components. Two yellow switching LEDs and one green power LED provide convenient visual status indication.
EVC038 uses a 2 m black PUR cable with four 0.34 mm² conductors and approximately 4.9 mm cable diameter. The cable is halogen-free and silicone-free for industrial installation requirements.
