The E33349 is a universal process adapter developed for connecting compatible Aseptoflex Vario sensors to selected RD52 universal process adapters.
The wetted parts are manufactured from stainless steel 1.4435/316L and feature Ra < 0.4 µm / Rz = 4 µm surface characteristics. The product has H4 hygienic equipment classification.
The adapter is designed for use with compatible Endress+Hauser universal process adapter interfaces, including RD52 and Uni 6-inch D85 applications. This allows flexible integration into existing process installations.
The E33349 includes a leakage port and dedicated sealing areas. It is supplied with EPDM and FKM O-rings, with optional FKM and PEEK sealing components available. The pressure rating is 16 bar.
