The IFM CR2530 is a programmable SmartController designed for complex control functions in mobile machines and vehicles. It provides 32 configurable I/O channels consisting of 16 digital inputs, analogue and frequency inputs, and multiple output functions. PWM and PWM-I outputs support flexible actuator control. Two CAN interfaces enable communication with controllers and mobile-machine networks. The controller can be freely programmed according to IEC 61131-3 using CODESYS 2.3.

The CR2530 provides a flexible control platform for mobile automation applications. Its 32 I/O channels allow sensors and actuators to be connected directly to the controller. The inputs support digital, analogue, frequency and resistor measurement functions. Outputs can be configured for digital, analogue, PWM and current-controlled operation. This enables the controller to perform both signal processing and machine control. CODESYS programming allows application-specific control logic to be developed.
The controller includes 16 digital inputs together with four analogue, four frequency and two resistor inputs. Analogue inputs support current and voltage measurement for different types of machine sensors. Sixteen digital outputs provide direct switching functionality. Twelve PWM outputs and two PWM-I outputs support proportional actuator control. Two analogue voltage outputs provide additional control possibilities.
