Findeva K-36 is a compact pneumatic ball vibrator for material-flow and vibration applications. Its simple ball-vibrator construction provides high-frequency vibration with continuously variable speed and centrifugal force as compressed-air pressure is adjusted.
The K-36 uses an extruded aluminium alloy body, hardened ground steel-alloy races and a hardened lapped ball. Air enters through the pneumatic connection and the ball generates the required centrifugal vibration.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the K-36 reaches 7.3, 9.0 and 10.0 ×10³ min⁻¹ and produces 2060, 3150 and 4050 N centrifugal force.
The model has dimensions A 100 mm, width 50 mm, C 160 mm, D 130 mm, E 20 mm, F 11 mm and G 80 mm, with G 3/8" connection and 1.34 kg weight.
