Findeva K-30 is a compact pneumatic ball vibrator for material-flow and vibration applications. Its simple ball-vibrator construction provides high-frequency vibration with continuously variable speed and centrifugal force as compressed-air pressure is adjusted.
The K-30 uses an extruded aluminium alloy body, hardened ground steel-alloy races and a hardened lapped ball. Air enters through the pneumatic connection and the ball generates the required centrifugal vibration.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the K-30 reaches 7.8, 9.7 and 12.5 ×10³ min⁻¹ and produces 1510, 2470 and 3210 N centrifugal force.
The model has dimensions A 100 mm, width 44 mm, C 160 mm, D 130 mm, E 20 mm, F 11 mm and G 80 mm, with G 3/8" connection and 1.13 kg weight.
