Findeva K-25 is a compact pneumatic ball vibrator for material-flow and vibration applications. Its simple ball-vibrator construction provides high-frequency vibration with continuously variable speed and centrifugal force as compressed-air pressure is adjusted.
The K-25 uses an extruded aluminium alloy body, hardened ground steel-alloy races and a hardened lapped ball. Air enters through the pneumatic connection and the ball generates the required centrifugal vibration.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the K-25 reaches 9.2, 12.2 and 14.0 ×10³ min⁻¹ and produces 930, 1570 and 2050 N centrifugal force.
The model has dimensions A 80 mm, width 38 mm, C 128 mm, D 104 mm, E 16 mm, F 9 mm and G 60 mm, with G 1/4" connection and 0.63 kg weight.
