Findeva K-16 is a compact pneumatic ball vibrator for material-flow and vibration applications. Its simple ball-vibrator construction provides high-frequency vibration with continuously variable speed and centrifugal force as compressed-air pressure is adjusted.
The K-16 uses an extruded aluminium alloy body, hardened ground steel-alloy races and a hardened lapped ball. Air enters through the pneumatic connection and the ball generates the required centrifugal vibration.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the K-16 reaches 13.0, 17.0 and 19.5 ×10³ min⁻¹ and produces 450, 800 and 1100 N centrifugal force.
The model has dimensions A 65 mm, width 27 mm, C 113 mm, D 90 mm, E 16 mm, F 9 mm and G 50 mm, with G 1/4" connection and 0.30 kg weight.
