Findeva K-10 is a compact pneumatic ball vibrator for material-flow and vibration applications. Its simple ball-vibrator construction provides high-frequency vibration with continuously variable speed and centrifugal force as compressed-air pressure is adjusted.
The K-10 uses an extruded aluminium alloy body, hardened ground steel-alloy races and a hardened lapped ball. Air enters through the pneumatic connection and the ball generates the required centrifugal vibration.
At 2, 4 and 6 bar, the K-10 reaches 22.5, 28.0 and 34.5 ×10³ min⁻¹ and produces 250, 470 and 710 N centrifugal force.
The model has dimensions A 50 mm, width 20 mm, C 86 mm, D 68 mm, E 12 mm, F 7 mm and G 40 mm, with G 1/4" connection and 0.13 kg weight.
